We provide you with quality protein readily available to you at a fraction of the cost. | Our Beef is born and raised in the USA, right on the Arkansas/ Missouri state line. Our cattle graze with their mothers on open green pastures and drink from mineral-rich flowing springs from birth. They receive a steady, healthy diet of grasses, essential minerals, and vitamins as they mature. They remain on pasture up to finishing, foraging on grasses and natural grain the last few weeks before processing, producing a tender, highly marbled lean Beef with outstanding flavor. Our cattle are never given antibiotics or growth hormones. So you can be assured you are feeding your family a wholesome, healthy, and natural protein. | This is the most economical way to purchase premium, pasture-raised beef. You decide how you want the cuts (thickness, size, package, quantity). We do the rest, and call you when it is neatly packaged and ready for pick up. A cut sheet is provided so you can see all available cuts and options. |
Pricing
Finished on Pasture Grass and Limited Grain Ration with Superior Beef Marbling
- 1 Whole Beef – $3.25 per lb. hanging weight + $570 estimated processing fee.
- 1/2 Beef – $3.25 per lb. hanging weight + $275 estimated processing fee.
Finished on Pasture Grass ONLY
- 1 Whole Beef – $4.50 per lb. hanging weight + $570 estimated processing fee
- 1/2 Beef – $4.50 per lb. hanging weight + $275 estimated processing fee.
Deposits: Required at the time of order
- Whole Beef Deposit – $400
- Half Beef Deposit – $200
How much space does it take?
- Whole beef takes up 15-20 Cubic Feet. For reference, a milk crate is 1 cubic foot.
- Half beef takes up 7.5 – 10 Cubic Feet
What You Need To Know Before Placing Your Order
- Decide between a ½ and whole Beef.
- Customizable cut sheet through the processor. They will take your order before processing to determine your selected cuts and package size (roasts, steaks, bone-in, tenderized, stew meat, etc.)
- Packaging – you will choose double wrapped and quick frozen (poly & white paper) at $.70 per pound or Vacuum packaged and quick frozen at $.80 per pound.
- Additional minimal costs for tenderizing, hamburger patties, specialized trimming, boxes, added dry aging.
- Take Home is Approximately 67% of your hanging weight.
- All Beef comes frozen, Vacuum-Sealed or double wrapped, and Boxed
- All Cattle are traditionally raised on grass pastures and custom feed. No feedlots, additives, food coloring, antibiotics, or added hormones.
